The Dio has a "no refunds" policy. All ticket sales are final, regardless of weather. Exchanges may be made up to 48 hours prior to the originally purchased show date. Please note that all exchanges are valid for the current purchased production only. Gift certificates will not be issued as part of an exchange. Exchanges from one production to another are prohibited. Please call our box-office at (517) 672-6009 in order to exchange any order. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Our interactive seating chart is available using a computer only. To use the interactive map please click on the preferred show poster above and select the date you wish to attend. Once you select the date you will be given the option to ‘VIEW SEATING CHART’. The map will appear once you press that option. Ipads and mobile devices will be able to use the pulldown menu to select a desired table number. Please use the seating diagram to the right as a guide for your selected tables.
