TICKETS ARE NOW AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE!
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic we have put in place temporary precautions for the health of our performers and guests.
*Please review the following ticket polices prior to purchasing tickets.
At this time, masks must be worn by all guests and are required for entry to The Dio. Masks must have ear straps, and must cover both your nose and your mouth. Disposable masks will be available for guests who forget their mask.
Covid-19 vaccination is not required, however, we prefer and encourage guests to be vaccinated. Please check with your personal doctor to learn if you’re eligible to receive a free Covid-19 vaccine. All Dio staff, including actors, creative team members and kitchen crew are fully vaccinated.
Masks must be worn anytime you leave your seat, including trips to and from the restroom, while using the restroom, and while visiting the coffee station or any common area of The Dio. Servers will be masked so our guests may comfortably remove their masks while seated at their table during dinner service.
Masks must be worn during the performance. Our performers will not be masked while on stage, and after being closed for nearly two years, their health is of the utmost importance to The Dio’s success. Should any of our performers become ill during the run of our show, it will result in the cancellation of performances, and the interruption of your plans. We want to avoid that scenario at all cost and will need your cooperation and support. In the event that any guest removes their mask during the performance, the show will stop until all guests are properly masked again. Repeat offenders will be asked to leave without a refund.
If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask, we ask that you hold off on joining us until we can confidently remove our mask requirement.
To avoid seating strangers together, tickets will be sold based on tables, not seats. Partial tables can not be purchased, and seats can not be added to full tables. You may purchase either a table for 2 for $90, or a table for 4 for $180. The table will be private, for you and your guests only. It will be your decision whether to use all of the seats at the table or not. The Dio will not offer refunds for empty seats.
If you or any of your guests feel ill on the day of the show, or if you or any of your guests are determined to have recently been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19, they should not attend the show. The Dio will not offer refunds for empty seats.
Dinner will no longer be served buffet style, but will be plated by our fully vaccinated kitchen crew and delivered to your table by one of our fully vaccinated servers, who will also be performing in the show. Portions will be generous as multiple plates of food will no longer be available.
